  • Send ProScan Survey invitations or create custom survey links and select from a list of application specific reports (management guide, personal dynamics report, motivators worksheet...)

  • Receive report(s) 

  • Review report results with individual

  • Coach and set action plans for

       growth and development

  • Manage to individual's strengths

TeamScan builds on the individual metrics of ProScan and combines members into a group with several specific application reports. Designed with the intent to understand team culture and measure team performance, TeamScan improves relations and solidifies bonds by building upon the strengths of individuals and providing the necessary components to promote effective communication and conflict resolution.

 

TeamScan—Design high performance teams!

How it works:

  • Send ProScan Survey invitations to all team members

  • Conduct a quick feedback session with each team member prior to team session

  • Create a TeamScan and select from nine report options based on focus of team session

  • Conduct a team session—one session or multi-session, offsite retreat or on-site, 2-4 hours depending on areas to develop

TeamScan® graphs a composite of the individuals in a group, showing likely group work styles and preferences in a department, division or the entire organization. TeamScan® predicts group interactions, uncovers why some teams are more productive than others, and identifies the corporate culture in concrete terms.
